About Bristol Language School

Bristol Language School was founded in August 2012. A little project that turned out to be an exciting hub for learning and improving language skills. We started small, almost entirely relying on recommendations (both of language tutors and students!) and good words of mouth. Over the years, we worked with many amazing language tutors and we know that our students appreciate their teacher’s expertise, professionalism and friendliness. I think here is the secret behind our students being so loyal and returning to our lessons regularly.

We first conducted all our language courses and lessons in-person and that was in Clifton, Bristol. There were many beautiful moments from that period, like our events: from Christmas concerts, parties, to open evenings, language days and conversation sessions. However, since 2020, we offer our language classes online. The change from in-person to online was a big challenge, but slowly, we got used to teaching and learning virtually and now both our tutors and students enjoy this form of learning, from the comfort of their homes.

I feel proud that Bristol Language School can be part of our students’ language learning journey to fulfil their dreams: from being able to talk with in-laws, travelling to some beautiful destinations, moving abroad to getting a new language-required job.
